We directly gather real feedback from the field—ranging from issues like 'how to shape the blueprint they want to make' or 'what kinds of problems are occurring on the manufacturing floor' to insights like 'if we had XX, it would sell much better.' Moving beyond simple order-taking, we are shifting toward 'proposal-based activities' driven by this primary, firsthand information.

This foundation allows us to make proposals backed by reliable evidence, contributing to solving customer challenges by cross-functionally linking multiple perspectives such as quality, technology, procurement, and logistics.
